Q: Are you insured?
Yes. Lezand Cleaning Services is fully insured for your peace of mind.

Q: What areas do you service?
We service Nelson ,Stoke, Richmond and surrounding areas. Please contact us if you’re unsure.

Q: How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote via our contact form, phone, or text. Quotes are based on the size of the home and type of clean.

Q: Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients provide access instructions. Your home is treated with care and respect.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 to24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. (Please read Terms and Conditions page)

Q: What is included in a standard clean?
A standard clean focuses on general upkeep such as bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors, dusting, and bins.

Q: Are household chores like dishes or laundry included?
No. Washing dishes, folding or hanging laundry, and putting away personal items are not included in a standard clean. These can be arranged in advance as an additional service.

Q: Do you clean ovens, windows, or inside cupboards?
These are not included in a standard clean. Services such as oven cleaning, interior windows, and cleaning inside cupboards, wardrobes, drawers, or appliances can be added by request or included in a deep clean or tenancy clean.

Q: What about cluttered homes or lots of ornaments?
We’re happy to clean around personal items. Heavily cluttered areas may take longer and can affect pricing.

Q: Do you offer end-of-tenancy cleans?
Yes. Our tenancy cleans are designed to meet inspection standards. However, we cannot guarantee bond return, as this is determined by landlords or property managers.

Q: How do I pay?
Payment details will be provided after your clean. Payment is expected on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

Q: Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. Any personal information you provide is kept secure and used only for booking and communication. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
