Welcome to Lezand Cleaning Services. By booking our services through this website or via phone/messaging, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Lezand Cleaning Services provides professional residential cleaning services. The scope of work is defined by the service package selected (Standard, Deep Clean, or Move-In/Out) or as agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work.
2. Pricing and Payment
Quotes: All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided by the Client. Lezand Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust the price if the property condition differs significantly from the description.
Payment: Invoices are issued upon completion of service. Payment is due within 3 business days via bank transfer.
Late Fees: Payments overdue by more than 7 days may incur a $10 weekly administration fee.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value our cleaners' time and our clients' schedules. To maintain a fair system, we enforce the following:
More than 48 Hours Notice: No charge.
24 to 48 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will apply.
Less than 24 Hours Notice (or Lock-outs): The full service fee (100%) will be charged.
4. Access to the Property
The Client is responsible for ensuring Lezand Cleaning Services has access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, alarm codes, or ensuring someone is present to grant entry. If we are unable to gain access, the "Lock-out" fee (100% of service) will apply.
5. Health and Safety
Environment: We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a property if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary (e.g., presence of mold, biohazards, or aggressive pets).
Utilities: The Client must provide functional electricity and running water.
Heavy Lifting: For safety reasons, our cleaners do not move furniture weighing more than 15kg.
6. Breakage and Damage
Lezand Cleaning Services is fully insured and takes the utmost care.
Reporting: Any damage or breakages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Liability: We are not liable for damage caused by "wear and tear" or improperly installed fixtures (e.g., loose towel rails or unstable shelving).
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area of concern at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds.
8. Privacy
Lezand Cleaning Services respects your privacy. Any personal information (address, phone number, codes) collected will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
